Order Shipping Method
You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. The products must be returned in excellent condition, exactly as received, complete and undamaged, with their packaging intact.
If the return is not made within the 14-day period or if the packaging has been opened, the company reserves the right to refuse the return or replacement of the product.
Additionally, in all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by all relevant documents, such as the original packaging and the purchase receipt. Responsibility
The company is not responsible for any defects in the products or damages arising from them, as the responsibility lies solely with the manufacturer or supplier.
In case of returning a defective product, the following terms apply:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase, with the full packaging and proof of purchase.
- The malfunction of the product must be due to a manufacturer defect, not damage caused by misuse, such as drops, non-compliance with manufacturer specifications, or tampering by unauthorized technicians.
- If there is no available stock for replacement, it may be replaced with a product of equal or superior specifications, or the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For product returns, either the money will be refunded, or, by agreement with the buyer, the amount will be credited to the next order.
For the completion of any transaction, the disclosure of certain personal information is required for security reasons. The company strictly adheres to data protection laws and does not use your personal information without your consent
Personal data is not disclosed, sold, or exchanged unless required by legal procedures, such as by a public authority or court. You may also request a change to your personal details at any time.
Product Returns / Exchanges
Returns and exchanges of products are at the customer's expense for return and reshipping costs. The customer can return the product to the company via any courier service or return it personally, provided the product is in the same condition as when it was received.
The product will be evaluated, and if no damage or alteration is found, the exchange and reshipping will be carried out at the customer's expense.

- Email address
In case of issuing an invoice, the following additional information is required:
- VAT Number
- Tax Office
- Company name
- Business activity
