Ordering Methods
The Customer can place an order through the online store, by phone, or via email.
Online Order:
- Product Selection: The Customer adds the desired products to the shopping cart.
- Providing Details: They enter the necessary contact and shipping information.
- Choosing Payment Method: They select a preferred payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer).
- Submitting the Order: After confirming the details, the Customer places the order.
Phone Order:
- Contacting the Store: The Customer calls the store and specifies the products they wish to purchase.
- Order Registration: The store representative records the order and informs the Customer about payment and shipping options.
Order via Email:
- Sending an Email: The Customer sends an email to studiohair-extentions@hotmail.com, listing the desired products and their contact details.
- Order Confirmation: The store confirms the order via email or phone.
Order Confirmation:
Regardless of the ordering method, the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation email. If any changes or cancellations occur, the store will promptly inform them.
Order Cancellation:
The Customer can cancel their order before shipping by notifying the store via phone or email.
